I got to wear General Hux at NYCC last week, and I got some amazing pictures (this is one of 3, I’m posting the other two together). I love how much this looks like a portrait/painting. 

I just want to wear my Hux costume forever.

I seriously love this shot. I love cosplaying Poe Dameron so much and when Pat suggested we do some shots for his project, I jumped at the idea.

This is as close as I’m going to get to being an actual X-Wing pilot, but that’s fine with me.

I got these pictures back from Chief Geek Photography from my Gender-bent!Aerobics Hux cosplay I did at AX last weekend. I genuinely put this together in 4 hours the night before, but I had such a blast in it! 

I know there has been a lot of discourse about this outfit and I can honestly say I haven’t followed most of it, but I’ve interpreted it from the start as Lego giving a sour, gruff, stoic character a silly, ‘Hux has a good day and smiles’ sort of opportunity. (Though really, I think he does really enjoy exploding things)

I probably won’t bust this out on a normal basis, but this definitely will be busted out as a ‘party Hux’ costume one night at Dragon*Con, for sure!
